Pawtrack - How did it all start?

Pawtrack cats

In November 2005 Monty, a half Siamese, half Burmese cat decided that he would go walkabout in Devon, in the UK. His owners Jeremy and Eliza had thought him to be a rather shy and retiring young cat, and definitely not one who had shown any inclination to go on 10 day treks without food, water or a warm duvet.

For 10 days Monty was gone, and each day he was away it felt the chances of him re-appearing were growing slimmer and slimmer. Eventually on day 10 he did re-appear in rather dramatic fashion. Perhaps he had proved his manhood, perhaps he had fulfilled a special feline quest, or perhaps he was fed up sleeping in the cold and rain.

Either way, Jeremy and Eliza decided that there had to be a way round stopping this, and the idea for Pawtrack came about. For the next 18 months they teamed up with a world beating tracking company, with a passion for satellite tracking and GPS devices. The combination of fur and cutting edge technology proved to be unstoppable, and Pawtrack was born.

Now after 18 months the finished product is due to go on sale worldwide, and now we can all keep a careful eye on our pets, without cramping their style.

Thanks you Monty... you little rascal!
